Birth Certificate copy of the Learner.
Name of child must be clearly visible on the copy.
Proof of residence copy for the primary caregiver.
Learner Report from previous school (Term 1 and Term 2) required.
An amount of R250 is payable upon registration.
ONLY or STRICTLY learners of school going age will be ADMITTED.
We only admit learners from grade 8, grade 9 and grade 10.
Incomplete forms will NOT be considered.
